About me

My personal spiritual journey began on 22 September 2000.  It started like this.

After being retrenched in May 2000, I lay in a hot bubble bath on the night in question, with candles flickering and incense burning, (now if you know me, you would know that this is the setting of my normal bath time ritual) I put my book on the floor, and said allowed, “what am I supposed to do about my work situation”, and didn’t think anymore about it, once I got out the bath, and watched John Edward on TV. At 4 am the next morning, I was woken with a man’s voice being spoken in my right ear.  He told me “that I have a message for you, directly from God, just go with the flow”. Well, to say that this scared me silly is really an understatement! Now don’t get me wrong here, because I do believe, but, have always been ‘scared’ of it. My big sister, Dee, has always been involved as far back as I can remember. Anyway I digress.

In March of 2001, Heather,  who was a client of mine, who had lost her husband young (he was only 40) to cancer in the December before, and she had gone to Tea and Tarot in Lakeside Cape Town, for a tarot reading with Denise Rigotti, and was raving about it.  Denise had invited Heather and friends, to join her meditation group which she was trying to get up and running. So, not know a single thing about meditation, and always convinced, that no one was going to mess with my mind and take control of me, I went along that Monday night, not knowing that my life was about to take a different path. When I got to Tea and Tarot, there were only 3 other people there, Denise, Ditney and Leon.  To cut a long story short, when the mediation was finished we were asked to share our experience.  Couldn’t believe that the other 4 all saw ‘movies’ as I call them, and me, well I saw nothing! My mind just wandered along its own path, in this ‘enforced’ silence, thinking hmm how long is it going to take me to drive home (it was 40 kms each way). Needless to say, I didn’t contribute much that evening, but I kept on going, until I saw my own movies!

I started a chakra balancing course with Denise, and went on to do my intuitive tarot reading course with her as well. Along the way and with a lot of pushing from Leon (who was always spurring me on to develop further, did he know something I didn’t) I enrolled in a spiritual healing course, which I didn’t finish, (due to financial constraints) and even attended the spiritual church on occasion.

Since then I have done a course entitled the history of Aromatherapy, done a Swedish massage workshop, and at the moment, am doing a Genealogy course as well. I quite sad really, that you have to get to a certain age, and then decide that you are like a sponge, and want/need to absorb all the information and knowledge that you can!

After hearing my ‘message from God’ I had the courage to be self employed, until I decided to move to London and seriously get this site, up and running, eagerly waiting to help and assist you, with love, through my readings….
